Estimated Completion: Spring 2014

This retail urban project consists of 40,000 sf of mixed-use retail that includes a bank, restaurants, and retail shops. It is located at the convergence of two major thoroughfares, Scott Blvd and N. Decatur Rd in Decatur. Dynamic Decatur is one of Atlanta's premier in-town residential districts.

Glenwood Place

This unique site is located at the front door of the upscale, dense and trendy Grant Park neighborhood of Atlanta. This development includes 170,000 sq ft of retail fronting Glenwood Avenue and Bill Kennedy Way. This site has tremendous visibility from Interstate 20 and an off ramp from I-20 at the site. Henry County
Estimated Completion: Fall 2014

This 160 acre parcel, located on the SW corner of I-75 and Jodeco Road, is Henry County's largest contiguous commercial parcel. Henry County is one of south Metro-Atlanta's fastest growing counties with a new eight lane interchange off I-75, currently under construction and scheduled for completion in 2013.

The new development will be a regional mixed-use project including a regional open air shopping center, multi-family residential and an auto mall with multiple brands.

Lindbergh Place

Lindbergh Place is a high density mix-use transit oriented development located in the heart of the Buckhead neighborhood of Atlanta, across from the MARTA station. The project will include 175,000 sq ft of retail with a grocery store, 225 residential units and a 3-acre urban park. The park is a major addition to the area and will be beautifully appealing for the community.

Peachtree Corners Place

The project is located in the affluent city of Peachtree Corners at the corner of Peachtree Parkway and Peachtree Corners Circle. It is directly across the street from Metro Atlanta area's most successful lifestyle shopping center, The Forum Shoppes. This new specialty retail development will be anchored by a natural food grocery store, a bank, restaurants and small shops.

8th & Colorado
Estimated Completion: Fall 2014

This redevelopment project will take an old, existing structure and give the property a rebirth into a new mixed-use development. The development will include 200,000+ square feet of anchor tenants, including grocery and soft goods. The development provides a unique high density, infill location that offers great exposure to Colorado Blvd with over 50,000 vehicles per day.

Riverside & Jackson

This project will be an urban mixed-use project comprised of 300 luxury multi-family units and 60,000 square feet of space which includes a high-end specialty grocery store, multiple restaurants, and other retail venues. It is located at Riverside and Jackson Street just south of downtown Jacksonville in the trendy Riverside corridor. It offers great access to residents living in the Riverside and San Marcos areas.
