Barrett Parkway
Estimated Completion: Spring 2015

This project is located in the City of Kennesaw in burgeoning Cobb County just northwest of the City of Atlanta, GA. The development site is Cobb County's super regional crossroads of US Highway 41 and Barrett Parkway. The regional mixed-use development will be best in class anchored by a Whole Foods Market, regional sporting goods store, restaurants and other specialty retailers.

Braves Stadium Mixed-Use Project
Estimated Completion: Spring 2017

This is a $400 million mixed use development located on 74 acres and connected to the new Braves Baseball Stadium located in Cobb County of Atlanta, Georgia.
It could include 630,000 square feet of class A office space, 500,000 square feet of retail, 450 hotel rooms, and 500 residences.
The Braves Partnership plans to open the project along with the new $622 million, 41,500 seat ballpark stadium.

Carillon Village
Estimated Completion: Summer 2016

Serving one of Atlanta's most affluent trade areas, this $150 million mixed-use development in located on 20 acres on Peachtree Parkway in the City of Peachtree Corners. The project includes a retail component of 150,000 sf of restaurants, a health club, retails and fashion tenants and includes Class A office space housed above the retail of 15,000 sf. More than 356 residents will make their home in our project, living in luxury rental units located on the project's Main Street. A 120 room boutique hotel, also located over retail, will serve business executives and leisure travelers.

Decatur Crossing
Estimated Completion: Spring 2016

This retail urban project consists of 40,000 sf of mixed-use retail that includes a bank, restaurants, and retail shops. It is located at the convergence of two major thoroughfares, Scott Blvd and N. Decatur Rd in Decatur. Dynamic Decatur is one of Atlanta's premier in-town residential districts.

Glenwood Place

This unique site is located at the front door of the upscale, dense and trendy Grant Park neighborhood of Atlanta. This development includes 170,000 sq ft of retail fronting Glenwood Avenue and Bill Kennedy Way. This site has tremendous visibility from Interstate 20 and an off ramp from I-20 at the site. At grade surface level parking provides easy access for the retail customers.

Lindbergh Place

Lindbergh Place is a high density mix-use transit oriented development located in the heart of the Buckhead neighborhood of Atlanta, across from the MARTA station. The project will include 175,000 sq ft of retail with a grocery store, 225 residential units and a 3-acre urban park. The park is a major addition to the area and will be beautifully appealing for the community.

Morningside Heights

This unique site is located at the front door of the upscale and trendy Morningside & Virginia Highland neighborhoods of Atlanta between Buckhead and Midtown. This mixed-use development includes 44,000 sq ft of retail fronting Piedmont Road and 300 high-end residentail units. At grade surface level parking provides easy acces for the retail customers.

This new specialty retail development will be anchored by a natural food grocer, a bank, restaurants, and small shops.

It will cater to the burgeoning high end area which is in close proximity to Sugarloaf Country Club.

Riverside & Jackson

This project will be an urban mixed-use project comprised of 300 luxury multi-family units and 60,000 square feet of space which includes a high-end specialty grocery store, multiple restaurants, and other retail venues. It is located at Riverside and Jackson Street just south of downtown Jacksonville in the trendy Riverside corridor. It offers great access to residents living in the Riverside and San Marcos areas.

Shoppes of Ponte Vedra Beach
